We would like to thank everybody that helped us find and catch our baby cat Clio. Clio came to us from the Scottish SPCA centre in Stirling on the 12th of February, and after some initial nervousness (she's previously a stray and semi-ferral), she'd settled in nicely. Unfortunately, we woke on Tuesday (15th) morning to find the cat-flap in our back door broken and wedged open, by our other cat, Ziggy.

After a search of the nearby area on Tuesday, we were unable to find Clio, and were left worried that we might never find her, due to her ferral roots. Fee rang the SPCA, Clackmannanshire Cats Protection League, and the nearest vets for advice and to let them know we were missing Clio. Amongst the ideas put forward, was that we should set a trap suitable for cats, to catch Clio. The trouble was, we weren't sure where exactly would be the best place to put the trap when we'd got it.

After producing posters, and putting them up in nearby businesses, and neighbours, the local garage informed us they'd seen Clio, very near to where we live. That night (Wednesday), we went out looking for her. Not only did we see her, we came very close to catching her, but were foiled by her sheer speed. This morning (Thursday), we went for another look for Clio, but she'd bed down somewhere not to be found. Then the Scottish SPCA inspector spoke with us, and told us he'd got a trap for us that we could have today.

We set the trap in the garden, as she'd been seen around the garden, and waited. We sat waiting for the sound of the trap, and to go out and free the poor animal that had gone in instead of our Clio. We waited all afternoon, without a sound. Then at 6:30 tonight, *CLANG*. We went out to check the trap, and low and behold, there she was, our darling Clio.

We brought her in, and she was none-to-happy about having her freedom taken away from her. But after she'd calmed down, we were able to take a look at her and see she was in good health, and full of spirit. She's once again in the house, and we're going to have to rebuild the bond we'd built up over the first few days previously, but we are happy that she is back.

Thanks to all,
David and Fiona
